This greedy company took my leftover money in my account and told me I could have it back when I wanted to close my account but they kept my money and kept the account closed they could have paid me back what I had left on my account before they shut it it I can't understand have a couldn't say the account is still open you can withdraw the money and when I go there it's locked up up I wouldn't trust this account with these people behind it they take your money and they close your account and request they don't give you back any leftover money that belongs to you greedy lying company don't sign up with them you'll get the same treatment if you try to close your account they keep whatever's left in your account even though it's not their winnings and when your account is open it won't allowed to withdraw anything less than £1 you think you can have whatever is remaining there when you close your account but that's not how it goes you have been warned
Absolute rubbish service, me and my wife set up accounts last week, mine is still waiting for verification whilst her account has had random amounts of money withdrawn throughout the week in slightly different variations of the Lottoland company. We only deposited two pounds to play the Irish lotto! Their customer service is absolutely shocking and unable to string together any sort of response, the little efforts they do make in their email exchanges and chats are inaccurate, repetitive and full of spelling and grammatical errors. Please avoid using this service at all costs if you want to keep your bank safe.Thankfully I’m a trading standards prosecutor and have started looking further into this! (I know I should have known better, blame the Mrs) I would also add for the benefit of potential consumers that it’s relatively easy to be accredited by certain bodies. My time in this field has taught me that just because a firm is regulated and accredited, it doesn’t mean that everything’s risk free. It just means you have someone to cry to in hope to resolve things.

After reading all the negative reviews i was a bit sceptical about using lottoland uk. I have been doing the mini (polish) lottery for a few months now and i have won a few pounds quite a few times and i won £3.99 on the mini lotto this evening so i spent it on one of the casino games and i won £63.00! wow! I then added the £60.00 to my bank account without any issues at all. I will come back and let people know if and when it hits my account. I am starting to really like lottoland lol. Thank you for the win it was a lovely end to an evening. Just hope i win the jackpot of £80.000 on the mini lottery. But all in all i like lottoland and will carry on playing...........Money arrived in my account two days later. Happy days!

I would like to give 0star really don't invest ur hard earn money in this, it's waste of time and money, if u deposit ur money and u want to withdraw, they will never return ur money, from past 3 months, I have been sending them mail regarding my withdrawal, but no response, pls guys don't waste ur money...
i only gamble a small amount of money as i dont have much disposable income so gamble what i can for fun it would be nice to get a decent win once in a while i understand not everyone can win but many times ive had maybe 30-50 spins and still not seen a bonus and would also be great to get more bonus's the 12 days of christmas one is pretty good i think but its been the first one in a long time on othre sites theres chances daily to win things
Lottoland is one of the best sites that i have used. You need to make sure you phone is able to load games. I would say no more 5 years old. Other wise some games will freeze. Had some really good wins. There are gamblering tools. The only down side is there is no loss limit which is a shame. But you have a deposit limit. Customer service is good. Please remember update contact details. Recieved emails from customer service just to talk to me make sure limits were fine. In these dark time with covid nice to talk someone. You know a company looking after customers. This is going above and beyond some gamberling sites. Withdrawels were within the time limit. If you sign up.to this site. you need to send in documents had no problem with this. In the uk this is law. Another is you dont have a minimum spending limit, If you pay by card and buy a lotto ticket is £1, you pay £1 so you dont have to deposit £10 as minimum. However other payment methods you do.such as paysafe,much better etc. When gamble you have to prepared to lose that money. Ie you put £10 in,any thing else you gain is a bonus. I have seen loads of comments about not winning anything, Thats gamberling. Pitty that this.is not up for bingoport award/ slots award. It would'eve got my vote.
